And I said hello
I know I have been intentionally not talking to you and there is a good chance you have noticed, but I knew it was the right decision to look the other way when I saw you, walk in the opposite direction you’re walking, and to forget you even existed, but I couldn’t do that for very long. I don’t know what it is about you that gives me butterflies in my stomach when you smile . I know you don’t feel the same way, or at least you haven’t in a long time. Well, we said our hellos and then I walked away knowing I should forget what had just happened, but I can’t. One day soon, I will forget all these feelings.
